What is Reiki?


Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses a hands-on or hands-off approach to channel energy into the body to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The practitioner uses their hands to direct the flow of "universal" energy into the recipient.  Reiki will always go where it is needed the most in the body at the time and everyone's Reiki experience will be unique to them.  It is suitable to be received by people of all ages, genders, races and religions.

Reiki has several potential benefits, such as supporting the body during times of stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation, supporting the immune system, relieving pain and discomfort, improving sleep quality, and enhancing spiritual connection. It may also help to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and promote a sense of overall well-being. 

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle therapy that can be used in conjunction with other healing methods or alone to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.

Animals can also benefit from Reiki and will often seek the energy if they sense it within their environment.
